All our wrapping paper are made to order, so we can't accept returns unless the items were damaged during transit or there was a mistake or printing issue on our end.

No worries if your artwork arrived damaged! Just send us a picture of the issue and the packaging. Once we review the photos, we'll arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

No need to ship anything back to us. Feel free to recycle, donate, or gift the misprinted or damaged items however you like.
